- What do I receive as a sponsor of the gifting suite?
- Your sponsorship level package (please review)
- We will have sponsored food in the suite area for celebrities and sponsors
- Select photo opps with your product with celebrities(based on package level)
- Each sponsor will be given full badge access to celebrity gifting suite and upstairs concert area
- Volunteer staff to assist you with your corporate needs for the evening
- When do I arrive or check in for the Event?
Event Day
5:00PM -6:30 PM
Event run- 7:00PM to 1:00AM
- What is the cost to attend?
We do no provide transportation to and from the venue. We do not also provide hotel and airfare for the venue.
We can provide you with a list of contacts for hotels and airfare in the area.

- How do I purchase sponosorship packages?
Sponsorship packages can be purchased online or by calling the office. We accept credit card, debit and checks.
Sponsorship packages may be purchased between November 14, 2012 through January 5, 2013
All products must be sent to our office or offsite location in Nashville by January 12, 2012
